Returns Policy
Returns are accepted if there is a fault with your item, for example your specimen was damaged during transit. I will arrange royal mail to collect this from you who will then deliver back to me and a full refund will be issued. If a item arrives to you damaged you must report this within 24 hours of opening or i will reject the return.
Cancellations can be issued and refunded with 24 hours of the order unless the order had already been shipped you can return if unopened and at your own expense if I have already shipped and you wish to request a 24 hour cancelation.

Payment Plans
Payment Plans can be discussed on my socials or email. I will consider payment plans organised between me and customer in 3 monthly payments. Please note i will not ship item until paid in full and if you change your mind on your order whatever has been payed will not be refunded you can not decide to by something of a lower price or exchange your deposit for another item.
This is the same for commissions if you pay me a deposit for a commission and later change your mind this is non refundable due to me already buying materials.

If using PayPal pay in 3 please note any payment problems will need to be dealt with through PayPal.
Custom fees
Any item that shipped to outside the UK can be subject to custom fees. It is the customers responsibility to pay these, also different countries have different rules when it comes to taxidermy and skeletal remains so check if what you are purchasing is legal to send to your country before committing to buy. If you decline your parcel due to custom fees you are still responsible for these fees.
Clear pay and Klarna
If using clearpay or klarna on checkout, any issues with this payment method need to be discussed with them. I am still more than happy to help and guide you through the process so please get in touch on my socials.
